Refund Policy for FiveM Maps

At FiveM Maps, we strive to provide high-quality FiveM maps and ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of digital content, we have specific refund terms.

Digital Product Policy

All FiveM maps sold are digital products, delivered electronically. As such, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once the files have been delivered or downloaded.


Refunds May Be Granted Only Under the Following Conditions:

  1. Duplicate Purchase
    If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, we will issue a refund for the duplicate order upon verification.

  2. Non-Delivery of Product
    If you did not receive the download link or product files after purchase, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your support request, a refund may be granted.

  3. Corrupted or Broken Files
    If the map files are unusable or corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 72 hours of notification, you may request a refund.


Refunds Will NOT Be Granted For:

  • Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchase.

  • Incompatibility with your server setup (unless otherwise stated on the product page).

  • Lack of knowledge on how to install or use the map.

  • Claims that the product didn’t meet expectations (when functionality is as described).

  • Server bans, policy violations, or third-party conflicts.


Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in a lifetime ban from purchasing any future products and your license being revoked.
