1. Purpose
This Refund Policy governs all transactions made through FiveM-Map.com, including the purchase of digital files, MLOs, scripts, and related FiveM assets.
Because our products are non-tangible digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product or license key has been delivered.
By completing a purchase, you expressly agree to this Refund Policy and waive any right to reversal or chargeback except as allowed under Section 4 below.
2. General Rule – No Refunds
Once access to a product has been granted (via direct download, email link, or account dashboard), you are deemed to have received the product in full.
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
You changed your mind or no longer want the item.
You purchased the wrong product
You lack the technical knowledge to install or configure the item.
The product conflicts with other scripts or modifications on your server.
You failed to read the description, dependencies, or compatibility notes.
You claim that someone else used your payment method without authorization (this must be handled directly with your payment provider).
You did not receive download access because you entered an incorrect email address.
Once delivered, the digital product cannot be returned, revoked, or verified unused, making refunds impossible.
3. Exceptional Cases (Limited Eligibility)
Refunds may only be granted in verified exceptional situations:
Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same item twice using the same email.
Non-Delivery: You did not receive a download link or access within 7 day and support could not resolve it.
Critical Technical Fault: The product is completely unusable due to a verified developer-side defect and our team is unable to fix it within 7 business days.
Fraudulent Transaction: Confirmed payment fraud validated by Stripe, PayPal, or your financial institution.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method only within 5–10 business days.
4. Refund Request Procedure
To submit a refund request, you must email [email protected] within 2 days of purchase.
Your email must include:
Full name and order ID
Date of purchase
Product name and URL
Proof of payment (screenshot or receipt)
Detailed explanation of the issue
Failure to provide complete details will result in automatic rejection of the request.
Refund requests submitted after 10 days or without proof of payment will not be accepted.
5. Replacement & Store Credit
In cases of verified technical error or file corruption, we may choose to:
Provide a replacement file, or
Issue a store credit equal to the purchase amount
Store credit is valid only on FiveM-Map.com and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and expires after 6 months.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting our support first is considered fraudulent behavior.
If you initiate a chargeback:
Your FiveM-Map.com account will be permanently suspended.
All product licenses and download rights will be revoked immediately.
Your purchase details (including IP logs and order metadata) will be submitted as evidence to Stripe/PayPal.
You may be blacklisted across our partner marketplaces and hosting platforms.
We actively fight fraudulent chargebacks and cooperate with payment processors, hosting providers, and law enforcement to prevent abuse.
7. Evidence of Delivery
Delivery of a product is considered complete once:
The download link or key has been emailed to the customer, or
The product is available in the customer’s account dashboard.
Our system logs email delivery, IP address, timestamp, and download verification as evidence of product access.
8. Fraud Prevention
All purchases are automatically scanned for fraud using tools such as:
Stripe Radar / PayPal Fraud Protection
IP and geolocation checks
Browser fingerprinting and duplicate purchase detection
Suspicious transactions may be held for manual review or verification, which may delay delivery but ensures buyer and seller safety.
9. Support Obligations
We stand behind the quality of all verified products listed on FiveM-Map.com.
If you experience difficulty installing or using a product:

Our team will help troubleshoot compatibility or configuration issues.
Refusal to cooperate with troubleshooting before demanding a refund will result in automatic denial.
10. Legal Compliance
This Refund Policy complies with:
EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights (Article 16(m)), which exempts digital downloads from mandatory refunds once access is granted.
U.S. Federal Trade Commission Digital Commerce Standards.
By downloading any product from FiveM-Map.com, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right to withdraw or request a refund once the download begins.
11. Policy Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
Refuse refunds to users engaged in fraud, piracy, or file redistribution.
Revoke product access from accounts with multiple refund or dispute attempts.
Share user data (order ID, email, and IP) with fraud-prevention databases.
Our decision on refund requests is final and legally binding.
